I've worked with several different trainers over the years and am so delighted to have found Skipp. He's the best I've worked with, for many reasons. The workouts are so different every time; I never get a chance to get bored or lose focus. We've been training for a few months now and our workouts have ranged from Pilates to strength and weight training, cardio and interval training, boxing and hiking in the canyons. We have yet to do the same one twice. I love training with him - he has a meticulous eye for detail, a great sense of humour and a huge range of exercises to draw from. He's totally reliable and works with me to tailor the workouts to exactly what I need (depending on how I've eaten, how I've slept, what demands I have coming up). He pushes me but never to total exhaustion - I'm tired but energised for the rest of my day. Best of all, Skipp is a proper human being - not an automaton who just talks about protein shakes and fat percentages - he's great company and a great trainer. I genuinely look forward to seeing him and can't recommend him highly enough.

Skipp's a warrior! A warrior for fitness! And he will take you to battle as he works with you to sculpt your body into the fine machine he knows it can be. Skipp has been my Pilates trainer for 2 years now and I love working with him! I never knew that stretching and pulling my body into so many directions would be so much fun. And not to mention the results! I am more limber and flexible than I've ever been. Plus, I think I've gotten taller. Seriously, Skipp is a wonderful trainer and you will be amazed at the results.

A year ago I was a typical 50+ guy with aches and pains in my neck, shoulder, knee, back and elbow. I was convinced that my workout days were over. I was overweight and out of shape.

Having attempted to work with a few trainers who could not understand that I could not train like a 20 year old I had basically given up the idea of a regular workout.

I decided to give it one last try with Skipp. He felt that despite my aches, pains and limitation of flexibility he could help.

Starting with a twice a week routine of Pilates and stretching over a six month period, he was able to build my flexibility and strength to the point where Icould mix in some light weight training, which I thought would be impossible.

Six months later I am in great shape, have fantastic muscle definition, bulging biceps and triceps, less bulk around my mid section and have rid myself of most of the ailments that had convinced me that i would never work out again on a regular basis.

There was no magic involved ... just a diligent, measured, individual approach designed by Skipp mixed in with a bit of motivation and, most importantly, consideration and appreciation for my unique situation and goals.

I'm in the best shape i have been in for years and would highly recommend Skipp as a multidisciplinary trainer who listens to what you want and gets you there with a comfortable, challenging, and individual program.

Skipp is fun, energetic and inspiring. He is always upbeat and motivating. He has a unique ability to give individual attention to each member of his class. He knows everyone's strengths and weaknesses and is able to tailor even a group class to the needs of each individual.

Skipp is more than an excercise instructor. He is genuinely committed to improving my overall health, eating and fitness, and is always available to discuss any of those things. He makes me feel like we are a team working together toward my personal fitness goals and his confidence in me improves my own drive.

I have referred family friends and patients to Skipp because I know
he will help them achieve their fitness goals.
